Short Let Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Below are our policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our guests, by reading and signing your registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.

 

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is between 3pm and 9pm. If you arrive earlier then we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in. We will make every effort to honour special requests (such as a specific floor or room number) where possible. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. We reserve all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow or comply with site policies.

 

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is between 9am to 10am. Please lock your door behind you and simply return your key to reception. If you require a later check-out, please contact us the day before your departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability. If you wish to extend your stay, please visit our website to book.

 

SHARED FACILITIES

Guests have access to shared laundrette and common room facilities. We ask all guests to treat these rooms with respect and leave them in a clean and orderly condition to ensure the comfort of all users.

 

PAYMENT

The full prepayment will be charged to your nominated card  at the time of submitting the booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash payments. Please note, at the time of writing our sites are not VAT registered and therefore any invoices will show VAT at 0%.

 

DAMAGES/ MAINTENANCE 

Please report any breakages to the office as soon as possible and we will endeavour to repair or replace within 24 hours. Please note, damaged items will be charged to the guest where appropriate.

 

PET POLICIES

All pets are prohibited. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation provided in advance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You can amend or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival date (15.00 GMT). If you cancel after this time the full charge will apply.  Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done three days prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are cancelled  within three days are subject to full charge.

 

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is allowed outside.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

 

NOISE POLICY

We enforce a NOISE POLICY to ensure the comfort of our guests at all times. We ask that all guest keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm to 8am. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the site immediately.
