Keith White


After graduating with an Honours Degree in Business and Financial Management, Keith's career began at Nationwide Building Society, developing a broad expertise in financial services and operations management. During his time at Nationwide, he was sponsored by the society to complete an MBA. Keith was promoted to the senior executive team and was a lead manager in the acquisition of Quality Street (At Home Nationwide), a £132 million residential investment company, and the launch of £98 million of BES investment schemes for investment in residential property. Since joining CRM in 1997, Keith has developed the residential portfolio management capabilities, and has grown the business to its current scale; as one of the largest independent providers of management services to corporate companies in the UK. The growing investor and institutional appetite for large scale-student property has opened-up a new and exciting business. Keith is a recognised expert in the management and design of purpose-built student accommodation, which has helped CRM to become one of the largest managers of this asset class in the UK.


Alan Coles



Andy Cummings


Andy has some 25 years operational management experience in numerous industries; including retail, manufacturing and property management. He has been responsible for commissioning multi-million pound manufacturing projects for major manufacturers, including a leading international consumer goods company. Andy has previously managed sales accounts in excess of £10 million, dealing directly with a number of the UK's major retailers. As Regional Student Services Manager for the northern half of the UK, Andy ensures that new projects are smoothly integrated into CRM's growing student accommodation portfolio. Once established, he ensures that all the sites are managed to the highest standards.


Stewart Moore



Christopher Hodgson


Following a career in retail and university facilities management, Christopher joined Savills plc in 2003, after gaining a BA (Hons) Business Management degree. Christopher was present during CRM's management buy-out from Savills plc in early 2004, and over the years, has been responsible for managing a number of international relocation projects and large residential property portfolios for a broad range of clients. Christopher is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). As a member of the management team, Christopher is responsible for leading multiple sites through the mobilisation phase, and into a completed and stabilised state. He helps to ensure the successful delivery of new student accommodation schemes within agreed financial budgets and timescales. During his current role as National Mobilisation Manager, Christopher provides a professional service to our clients; by providing business critical solutions to a broad range of customers across the UK. He ensures key performance indicators and a range of objectives are met in the successful delivery of nationwide student accommodation schemes. Christopher plays a pivotal role within CRM, liaising with all areas of the business, to ensure new projects are successfully delivered ensuring client satisfaction. He also implements and manages continuous improvement across a rapidly expanding nationwide student accommodation portfolio.
