1. Do you have any rooms which are dual occupancy?
Yes, most of our studios have double beds and can be occupied on a joint tenancy basis at an extra cost of just £10 per week. We have 2 twin studios which are suitable for friends to share as there are two single beds.
Please note that double cooupancy is only for couples as there is one double bed so if you are booking double occupany you need to do this with your partner -both booking a doulbe occupancy studio at the same time and putting in the notes the name of the person who is your partner. Our accommodation team can then allocate you and your partner together. The same applys to the twin occupany, please ensure you book at the same time and let us know the name of your friend.
Each occupant will be required to pay £250 booking fee.
2. Can I park on-site?
Yes, if you're bringing a car, parking is available. This is separate from the tenancy contract, it is £15 per week and payable directly to the landlord. Please contact the accommodation manager Carol Williams to arrange.
3. Do I get discount for paying my rent in full?
No, we do not offer discounts for the full rent being paid up front.
4. What size are the beds?
All the studio apartments have double beds and the en-suite clusters have three quarter beds.

Living at Lee Court
Liverpool has a reputation as a lively city and for students there is so much to discover. If it’s entertainment you’re looking for there are many clubs, bars, cafes, restaurants to explore. The city also has many cinemas and five theatres, including the Liverpool Empire and the Everyman. If you prefer you can take a walk along the magnificent Waterfront and the redeveloped Albert Dock with its shops, cafés and bars; all very popular.
In Liverpool you have so many options when it comes to clothes shopping. If you fancy treating yourself you can head down to the newly developed Met Quarter where you can indulge in designer labels. If, however you’re on a budget St John’s Centre is an excellent choice as you can find many bargains and hidden treasures. Either way Liverpool has everything that a student could hope for.
Local pubs, clubs, restaurants and more...
At Lee Court you could not be better placed to spend your days as a student. There are many great bars, pubs and local interests on the door step. We've asked our students to share their favourite local hot spots and lets hear what they have to say:
- Igloo - Bar/ (78-82 Wood St, Liverpool, L1 4DQ. Tel: 0151 708 7008)
"Igloo make the most delicious, creative cocktails in Liverpool. It has a great atmosphere and is always busy"
- Modo - Bar (2 Concert Square, Liverpool, L1 4NR. Tel: 0151 709 8832)
"Modo has a really great setting, 2 floors, one for casual drinks and a dance hall downstairs. Customers relaxing outside of the bar, can also get served, as the bar is located for easy access to both people inside the bar and outside the bar."
- LA Fitness - Gym ( 88 Rose Lane, Mossley Hill, Liverpool, L18 8AG. Tel: 0843 170 1074)
"LA Fitness is a great gym because it has all the equipment you would expect in a gym. Plus they offer a large variety of classes and they have facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna and steam room where you can go and relax after a workout. Sometimes gyms can be an intimidating place when your new, but they have really friendly staff that make you feel at ease."
