Keith White
Group Managing Director
Keith's career started at Nationwide Building Society. Once appointed senior executive, Keith was a lead manager in the acquisition of Quality Street, a £132 million residential investment company, and the launch of £88 million worth of BES investment schemes for residential property.
Since joining CRM in 1997, he has developed the residential portfolio management capabilities and grown the business to its current scale as one of the largest independent providers of management services to corporate companies in the UK.
Andy Cummings
Operational Director
Andy has some 25 years operational management experience in numerous industries; including retail, manufacturing and property management. He has been responsible for commissioning multi-million pound manufacturing projects for major manufacturers, including a leading international consumer goods company. Andy has previously managed sales accounts in excess of £10 million, dealing directly with a number of the UK's major retailers. As Operations Director, Andy ensures that new projects are smoothly integrated into CRM's growing student accommodation portfolio. Once established, he ensures that all the sites are managed to the highest standards.
Alan Coles
Finance Director
Alan joined CRM in March 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant and worked in the Sydney and London offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining CRM he was Group Finance Director for QMH Limited who operate hotels in the UK, Germany and The Netherlands. He has extensive experience of managing multi-site operations, project management and corporate finance transactions.
