Purbeck House Booking Fee - £150
The Booking Fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to make you an offer of accommodation. This covers the cost of administering your application.
Purbeck House Security Deposit - £700
This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your tenancy providing there is no damage or other sums outstanding.
Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three instalments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
