The Hub Booking Deposit - £250
You will need pay a £250 deposit to secure your booking, this will then convert to the damage deposit at check-in. This booking deposit is non-refundable unless the room is cancelled within 7 days of booking, or we are unable to offer accommodation. The damage deposit is managed by an independent company and returned within 14 days of the tenancy ending, minus any deductions.
Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three instalments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
