A £250 non-refundable Deposit is required to secure your room. On commencement of your tenancy your £250 Deposit converts into a refundable Security Deposit.
Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three instalments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
