Slade Park Booking Fee - £250
A £250 non-refundable Booking Fee is required to secure your room. On commencement of your tenancy your £250 Booking Fee converts into a refundable Security Deposit.
Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three instalments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
High-speed Broadband
Please note a £160 charge is required to cover internet usage at Slade Park and is payable at the start of your tenancy. This is for a high speed internet connection.
