Park Student Village Booking Fee - £150
A £150 non-refundable Booking Fee is required to secure your room. On commencement of your tenancy your £150 Booking Fee converts into a refundable Security Deposit.
Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three instalments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
