It is now that time of year when you prepare to move-out of your accommodation. 

Here are a few important points to remember to help make sure you do not suffer any delay or deductions from your deposit:

• Clean your room thoroughly, including all shelves, under the beds, etc.
• Clean your ensuite bathroom
• Remove all rubbish and all unwanted items, including any electrical appliances, etc., otherwise a charge will be made for their removal and disposal
• Clean and remove all rubbish from your flat corridor and the kitchen / lounge. Remember you and your flat mates are jointly responsible for these areas
• Book a check-out inspection with the site accommodation staff
• Return all your keys on departure as otherwise we will have to change the locks and that is expensive!
• And, lastly, remember to redirect your post..
