September is just around the corner and on the 14th of August we will be putting arrival and check-in instructions up on the website for all our student accommodation schemes.   

Your Move-In guide will also include information on what bring and what not to bring.

Arrival, When And Where. 

To ensure we minimise unnecessary queuing we will allocate you a morning or afternoon slot over the move-in weekend - this will be based on your flat number. 

Arrival times and full instructions will be posted on this website at the start of August. Just check the pages for your accommodation you will see the move-in guide on the top right.

Prior To Arrival:

Before you arrive you will need to ensure you have paid your booking fees and advance rent installment due as we cannot issue keys until these payments have been received.

On Arrival You Will Collect:

When you arrive you will need to collect and sign for:

• Your keys
• Information on your deposit
• A copy of your tenancy agreement
• Your student handbook (this may be electronic)

Your must read your student handbook which includes useful local amenities and contact points plus important safety information and guides on being a good neighbour and looking after your room.

You must also check, sign and return your inventory to the accommodation office within 7 days of arrival.
