All student accommodation flats at Churchill Parade offer great value; with rent from £50 per week per person. Reserving your room is easy and secured by a £100 + VAT booking fee per flat. To start your tenancy you will need to supply one security deposit per flat. This will be refunded at the end of your tenancy so long as you have looked after your accommodation and paid your rent, plus any other outstanding charges.

Please note: all tenants are required to provide a UK-based guarantor and all tenancies are subject to successful references. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent, and any other unpaid charges, in the event of you being unable to do so. Any tenant unable to provide a UK-based guarantor who we can validate will be required to pay the full rent in advance.
