Studios can be booked either by requesting a specific studio number in the comments section in the booking form (yours as long as it hasn’t already been snapped up!) or simply by studio type.  Every single studio can be seen on the PDF document called Studio Floor Plans under the Further Information section on the right hand side of this page (and all the others pages except the Accommodation tab, too).

Studios are booked on a first come, first served basis so the sooner you book the better your choice. To book, you You can call us on 0844 371 5612 or visit us on-site at the Show Studio, but the best way is to book a studio at King Square Studios on-line. Please follow the link below to our registration and on-line account management system, there you will be able to:

  • Register and validate your e-mail
  • Select and book a studio by requesting a specific studio number or simply a studio type
  • Pay for your booking

The accommodation team will then review your application and make an offer of accommodation to you if appropriate studios are available.

To Confirm Your Studio

Once you receive an offer of accommodation you will need to accept the offer by signing in to your account, confirming your payment method for your rent installment and any other charges. 

You must then download, sign and return two copies of your tenancy agreement to the accommodation team. You will also have to provide some proof of identity.

Rent installments can be paid by providing an authority to collect these from a debit or credit card, or by direct debit. Remember that you must pay your first rent installment before you can collect security access fob.
