Show Studio – Booking Guarantee
King Square Studios is a brand new student accommodation development, so whilst studios are constantly being booked ‘off-plan’, a Show Studio is also open on-site Monday to Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday and some Sundays from 11am to 3pm. And, as a sign of our confidence that you won’t find a better place to live at the price, and to reassure you about the high quality of the accommodation and its finish, we are offering all students who book without seeing the Show Studio the right to cancel their booking and receive a full refund of their booking fee should they not be entirely satisfied with the quality of the product on display, no questions asked. This is an un-conditional guarantee open for 28 days from the day you book.
Guarantor
All tenants are required to provide a UK-based guarantor. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent, and any other unpaid charges in the event of the tenant being unable to do so. Any tenant unable to provide a UK-based guarantor who we can validate will be required to pay the full annual rent in advance of move-in.
