To book your room, simply follow these steps...

1. Your Booking Form

Download it, print it, complete it and post it to your property contact.

Remember to enclose a recent photograph, and don’t forget to put your name on the back.

2. Your Booking Fee/Deposit

Enclose a cheque (made payable to CRM Ltd) with your application or you can pay over the phone, simply find your property contact telephone number here. If you’re unsure of what you need to pay, simply check the ‘Rooms & Prices’ page for your property.

3. Your Application

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll get in touch within 14 days to let you know if you’ve been successful.

4. Your Home

Your application will be confirmed by email or post with a tenancy agreement which you need to sign and return to us as soon as possible to secure your new home. Closer to your move-in date, we’ll email you details of the move-in process.
