If you supply a guarantor who lives in the UK when you reserve your accommodation you'll be asked for a deposit of £600.

Overseas students, or students unable to provide a UK-based guarantor, will need to pay the full annual rent in advance. The first month's rent and deposit are payable before you move in. This must be made in cleared funds.

You'll be able to pay on the day of occupation by debit or credit card (credit card payments will incur an additional 2.0% handling fee). Your subsequent rent payments will need to be paid monthly by direct debit.
