St Margaret's Flats, Durham Student Accommodation

Book On-line 

You can book a room for this scheme on-line. Please follow the link below to our registration and on-line account management system, there you will be able to:

  • Register and validate your e-mail
  • Select and book a room type and tenancy length from those available.
    Please note that Postgraduate rooms are available to rent from Sept. 18th and Undergraduate rooms are available from July 10th, both for a 50 week tenancy. 
  • Pay for your booking

The accommodation team will then review your application and make an offer of accommodation to you if appropriate rooms are available.

To Confirm Your Accommodation

Once you receive an offer of accommodation you will need to accept the offer by signing in to your account, confirming your payment method for your rent installment and any other charges. 

You must then download, sign and return two copies of your tenancy agreement to the accommodation team. You will also have to provide some proof of identity.

Rent installments can be paid by providing an authority to collect these from a debit or credit card, or by direct debit. Remember that you must pay your first rent installment before you can collect your keys.
