2. Your Booking Fee/Deposit

3. Your Application

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll get in touch within 14 days to let you know if you’ve been successful.

4. Your Home

Your application will be confirmed by email or post with a tenancy agreement which you need to sign and return to us as soon as possible to secure your new home. Closer to your move-in date, we’ll email you details of the move-in process. In the meantime, if you have any queries, or would like to check how your application is progressing, feel free to contact us.
