A standard room at The Glasshouse Student Accommodation costs just £79 per week - including all bills and broadband. Reserving your room is easy and secured by a non-refundable £250 booking fee. To start your tenancy you'll need to supply a £150 refundable security deposit - this will be refunded at the end of your tenancy so long as you've looked after your room and paid your rent, plus any other outstanding charges. That's it.
