The newly refurbished Park Student Village offers secure and contemporary student accommodation environment in an enclosed park land setting. Next door to Norfolk Heritage Park, one of Sheffield's finest parks, the site is only 10 minutes walk from Sheffield Hallam Campus and the city centre and a 10 minute tram ride from Sheffield University. The student accommodation is stylishly fitted with modern furnishings and study areas, making it ideal for all students, including post-graduates and international students.

Park Student Village is made up of over 100 4/5/6 and 8 bedroom houses in a student village environment. The site now includes a new Laundry and student common room, and is set amongst 8 acres of landscaped lawns. The site offers plenty of space to relax, study, or socialise in the spacious properties and in the grounds with communal barbeque sites and seating areas. There is a dedicated accommodation management team on site to deal with repairs, issues or concerns, and a reception, which is manned 24 hours per day, overseeing security and able to receive deliveries, as well as an on-site maintenance team. Entry to the fully gated Park Student Village is by Coded Key Fob while on site security includes a 24 hour manned reception with CCTV, night security and weekend patrols. In addition properties have their own alarm systems, as well as smoke and fire alarms in accordance with current regulations.
