£200 Standard Studio Cashback Incentive – Zenith, Cardiff
Terms & Conditions – March 2026
The Cashback incentive is open to all new residents of Zenith, Herbert Street, Cardiff CF10 4DG who book a Standard Studio room type, available to book on the CRM website.
The Cashback incentive on offer is £200 cashback that will be provided into a nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student.
The incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
The incentive is on offer to bookings of Standard Studio rooms only.
The incentive is being offered by LSVAF I Kinetic Cardiff Propco Limited, c/o CRM Students, Herbert Street, Cardiff, CF10 4DG.
The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only.
The incentive is on offer to 44 or 51-week tenancy lengths only.
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a Studio room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘ZENITH200STANARD’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences
the Student must book their room between 01.03.2026 and 30.03.2026.
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Zenith@crm-students.com within 48 hours of booking their room at the Accommodation
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive
if choosing the cashback, the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
the Student must have no rent arrears
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of £200 into the nominated UK bank account
The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 30.03.2026 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM.
This incentive is not open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
