CRM Students became independent in 2003 following a management buy-out from Savills and is now a leading student accommodation management brand. We are the UK’s largest independent manager of student accommodation and have no affiliation with any one owner or developer.

Focused on managing the assets of corporate, university and institutional investors, and with over 15 years track record in successfully delivering client objectives, we currently provide management services on over 22,000 beds.

We provide support to clients from as early as the concept stage of a development and our unparalleled breadth of experience and focus within this sector is often called upon from private and institutional developers alike.

The growth of CRM as a company has been achieved organically, through careful management of our clients’ assets and the ability to adapt our offering to the ever-changing needs of the student body, particularly in their requirements for an outstanding experience.

In 2018 we joined the Corestate Capital family and expanded our management into mainland Europe. With a fully integrated investment manager as our parent company, we can now offer our clients access to a wider breadth of investment and asset management opportunity.

All of our partners and suppliers are aware of our aspiration to make our students happy and as a result they too place this at the focus of their service delivery.

Delivery of quality accommodation is more than just simply the bricks and mortar. With student mobility comes an ever-increasing number of students with differing cultural needs and a diverse range of requirements. When we consider the existing students who make a home with us, our tenants represent 147 different nationalities.
