£100 Deliveroo Voucher, Gym membership (9 Months) or £100 Laundry credit booking offer – Luna, Hatfield Terms & Conditions

  1. The incentive is open to all direct let bookings and rebookers of Luna, 301 St Albans Road, Hatfield, AL10 9RH who book for the 2025/26 year.
  2. The booking incentive on offer is one of the below offers:
    1. £100 Deliveroo Voucher
    2. 9 month gym membership at PureGym Hatfield, Galleria, Unit 40-45, Hatfield AL10 0XR (cashback up to the value of £216 - £23.99 x 9)
    3. £100 Laundry Credit on Washstation
  3. The offer will be supplied to the student by the site team once they have moved in and started their tenancies.
  4. The offer chosen by the student is required to be used during/within their tenancy agreement dates.
  5. The incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only.
  6. The incentive is being offered by LSVAF I KINETIC HATFIELD PROPCO LIMITED, c/o CRM Students, St Albans Road, Hatfield, AL10 9RH.
  7. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
  8. The incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only.
  9. The incentive is on offer to bookings on a tenancy length of 44 weeks or more.
  10. To be eligible for the incentive:
    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year.
    2. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter one of the below codes in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences:
      1. LUNA2526GYM (to claim the gym offer)
      2. LUNA2526DELIVEROO (to claim the Deliveroo voucher)
      3. LUNA2526LAUNDRY (to claim the laundry offer)
    3. the Student must book their room between 06.03.2025 and 30.04.2025
  11. To claim the incentive:
  12. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Luna@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation and specify their chosen incentive so they can make a note.
  13. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
  14. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
  15. the Student must have no rent arrears.
  16. the offer will be fulfilled by the site team once the student has moved in.
  17. The closing date of the incentive is 30.04.2025 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
  18. The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
  19. The site manager and the building landlord reserve the right to limit the amount of which the gym membership costs.
  20. This incentive can not be used in conjunction with any other incentive offered by CRM at Luna for 25/26 bookings.
  21. This incentive is not open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students.
  22. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  23. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  24. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
