£2,000 Cash Draw – Oxford House, Newcastle 


Terms & Conditions – August 2025 

  1. The Cash Draw incentive is open to all new and existing bookings of Oxford House, Oxford Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AA 

  2. Entrants will be entered in to a draw and one winner will be chosen for the £2,000 Grand Prize on Friday 12th January 2026 and notified, after the second rent instalment due date of 10.01.2026. 

  3. The winners will be chosen by an impartial judge and the draw will be filmed. 

  4. The total prize amount is limited to £2,000 to one student, which will be received as a cashback 

  5. The prize awarded is on the basis that the winners become tenants of Oxford House from September 2025 and take a tenancy subject to the terms and conditions of that tenancy. The prize will only be redeemable subject to proof of residency in Oxford House and after the winners have moved in. 

  6. The Cashback will be provided into a nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student. 

  7. The incentive is on offer to existing and new bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only. 

  8. The incentive is on offer to bookings made before 31.08.2025. 

  9. The incentive is being offered by Kier (Newcastle) Operations Ltd, c/o CRM Students Ltd, Oxford House, Oxford Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AA 

  10. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

  11. The incentive is on offer to bookings on a tenancy length of 51 or 44 weeks only.  

  12. To be eligible for the incentive: 

  13. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first and second rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

  14. at the stage of booking, the Student will automatically be entered into the prize draw, unless they email the site team to say otherwise. 

  15. the Student must book their room between 01.11.2024 and 31.08.2025 

  16. To claim the incentive: 

  17. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal. 

  18. the Student must have no rent arrears. 

  19. the Cash draw will be provided as a cashback, which will be provided as a bank transfer of £2,000 to one student. This will be provided into the nominated UK bank account after the 12th January 2026 after the winners are announced and after the students have moved into Oxford House for the 25/26 academic year. 

  20. Once it is confirmed the student is a winner, they will receive a physical makeshift ‘cheque and a photo will be taken of them and used for marketing purposes. Any student who wishes not to have their photo taken must speak to the Accommodation Team. 

  21. The closing date of the Cash Draw incentive is 31.08.2025. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.  

  22. The incentive must be claimed by 31st January 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it. Unclaimed prizes will be void. 

  23. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM.  

  24. This incentive is open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students.  

  25. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

  26. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

  27. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
