£200 Cashback incentive – Elmstead Place, Colchester

The Cashback incentive is open to new residents only of Elmstead Place, 48 Elmstead Road, Colchester, CO4 3GD who book for the 26/27 academic year.
The incentive on offer is £200 cashback, that will be provided into a nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student.
The incentive is on offer to bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
The incentive is capped at 20 bookings.
The incentive is being offered by Ropemaker Properties Limited, c/o CRM Students Ltd, 48 Elmstead Road, Near University, COLCHESTER CO4 3GD.
The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The incentive is open from 04/03/2026 to 30/04/2026, or until the rooms are sold out.
The incentive is on offer to 51 week tenancy lengths only.
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year
the student must have booked their room between 04/03/2026 to 30/04/2026.
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘200ELMSTEADDL’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at ElmsteadPlace@crm-students.com within 7 days of booking their room at the Accommodation
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive
the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
the Student must have no rent arrears
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of £200 into the nominated UK bank account
The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 30.04.2026, or until the rooms are sold out. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
This offer is not open to bookings made via referral agent partners.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
