£200 Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions
Merlin Point, Coventry – June 2025
The Cashback incentive is open to students who book a selected room at Merlin Point Student Accommodation, 1 Deasy Road, Coventry, CV1 2JW for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The Incentive on offer is £200 cashback which will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
The offer is available to students who book one of the below room types:
7 Bed En-suite
Classic Studio
The Incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only.
The Incentive is only available for new bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only.
The Incentive is only available on 51-week tenancy lengths.
The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The Incentive is being offered by UNINN MERLIN POINT LIMITED, C/o CRM STUDENTS Ltd, 1 Deasy Road, Coventry, CV1 2JW
To be eligible for the Incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year.
At the stage of booking, the student must enter the code MERLIN2526CASHBACK in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences.
The Student must book their room between 10/06/2025 and 30/07/2025.
To claim the Incentive:
The Student should email the Accommodation Manager at MerlinPoint@crm-students.com.
On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the Incentive.
Both the Student and the Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement.
The Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
The incentive will be provided as a bank transfer of £200 into the nominated UK bank account
The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved in for the 2024/2025 academic year
The Incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
The Incentive will close at 23:59 GMT on 30.06.2025 or when 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received after this will not be valid for the Incentive.
This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any third parties.
The Incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
One Incentive per room booked.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
