Cashback – Murieston Crescent, Edinburgh
Terms & Conditions, January 2026

  1. The Cashback incentive is open to new students booking at Murieston Crescent, Dalry, Edinburgh, EH11 2LN who book at Murieston Crescent for the 2026/2027 academic year.
  2. The Incentive on offer is £250 cashback, on all remaining room types.
  3. The Incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only.
  4. The Incentive is only available for new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
  5. The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
  6. The incentive is on offer to bookings on a minimum of 44-week tenancy lengths.
  7. The Incentive is being offered by SCRE Services Limited c/o CRM Students Limited 27 Murieston Crescent EDINBURGH EH11 2LN.
  8. To be eligible for the Incentive:
    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
    2. At the stage of booking, students should email the Accommodation Manager at MuriestonCrescent@crm-students.comwith the code CRESCENT250 to claim the incentive and requests details of any special requirements or preferences.
    3. The Student must book their room between 15/01/2026 and 28/02/2026.
  9. To claim the Incentive:
    1. The Student should email the Accommodation Manager at MuriestonCrescent@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation with the code CRESCENT250.
    2. On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the Incentive.
    3. Both the Student and the Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement.
    4. The Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
    5. The incentive will be provided as a bank transfer of £250 into the nominated UK bank account
    6. The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved in for the 2026/2027 academic year
    7. The Incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
  10. The Incentive will close at 23:59 GMT on 28.02.2026 or when 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received after this will not be valid for the Incentive.
  11. This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM, any third parties or International Agents.
  12. The Incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  13. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. One Incentive per room booked.
  15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
