£250 Cashback for Deluxe Studio bookings – Livin, Cardiff Terms & Conditions
The cashback incentive is open to all new bookings of Livin, 21-27 City Rd, Cardiff, CF24 3BJ for the 2025/2026 academic year who book a Deluxe Studio room.
The incentive on offer is £250 cashback.
The incentive is available for bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only.
This incentive is capped at 20 bookings.
The incentive is available for bookings on 51-week tenancy lengths only.
The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The incentive is being offered by AEGON PROPERTY FUND LIMITED, C/o CRM Students Limited, Livin Student Accommodation, 21-27 City Road, Cardiff, CF24 3BJ.
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year.
the Student must book their room at Livin Student Accommodation in Cardiff between 20.03.2025 and 30.05.2025.
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘LIVIN250DELUXE’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences.
The Student must have booked a room at Livin, paid their deposit, first rent instalment/or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year.
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Livin@crm-students.com within 14 days of booking their room at the Accommodation.
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
the Student must have no rent arrears. a. the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of the eligible amount into the nominated UK bank account.
The closing date of the incentive is 30.05.2025. Applications for the incentive received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The incentive must be claimed by 31 December 2025. If unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.
The incentive is not open to bookings completed via referral agents.
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
