£250 Clearing Cashback – Luna, Hatfield
Terms & Conditions – August 2026
The Cashback incentive is open to all bookings of Luna, 301 St Albans Road, Hatfield, AL10 9RH for the 2026/27 academic year after 11/08/2026.
The Cashback incentive on offer is £250 cashback for all bookings that fit in with the below requirements.
The Cashback will be provided into the nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student.
The Cashback incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
The incentive is being offered by LSVAF I KINETIC HATFIELD PROPCO LIMITED, c/o CRM Students, St Albans Road, Hatfield, AL10 9RH.
The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only.
The incentive is on offer to bookings on a tenancy length of 44 weeks or more.
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘250CLEARING’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences.
the Student must book their room between 11.08.2026 until 31.08.2026
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Luna@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation.
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
the Student must have no rent arrears.
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of the specified amount into the nominated UK bank account.
The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 31.08.2026 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or third party or international referral agents.
This offer is not open to bookings made via referral agents and the student must book direct with CRM Students.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
