£300 Cashback Terms & Conditions – The Quarry – August 2026.

  1. The cashback incentive is open to new residents of The Quarry booking all remaining room types on offer.
  2. The Reward on offer is:
    1. £300 cashback
  3. The Reward is only on new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
  4. The Reward is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
  5. The Cashback is only available on minimum 44-week tenancy bookings.
  6. The reward is being offered by Faraday Ltd, The Quarry Student Accommodation, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Penwerris Lane, Falmouth, TR11 2PF.
  7. To be eligible for the Reward:
    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
    2. Once the student has applied, they must email the code QUARRY300 to the site team on TheQuarry@crm-students.com to verify the booking.
  8. To claim the incentive:
    1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager with the code QUARRY300 at TheQuarry@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation.
    2. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
    3. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
    4. the Student must have no rent arrears.
    5. the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account.
  9. The cashback incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.
  10. The incentive will close once the eligible bookings have been referred or on 31.08.2026. Applications outside of this will not be valid for the Reward.
  11. The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
  12. Once the Accommodation manager has verified eligibility, the Connected Students will receive the Reward within a month of moving into the accommodation.
  13. This Reward is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
  14. Students claiming the group booking cashback can also claim the direct let cashback, but not the refer a friend cashback being offered.
  15. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  16. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
