£300 Clearing Cashback - Terms & Conditions, August 2025.
The £300 clearing casback offer is open to any student who books a room at Crown Place, 2 Kings Road, Swansea, SA1 8FE who books at Crown Place for the 2025/2026 academic year, during the clearing period.
The Reward on offer is £300 cashback.
The Reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis to students who book their room between 20.08.2025 and 25.08.2025 and capped at 30 bookings.
The Reward is only available to new bookings only, made between the dates above.
The Reward is subject to room availability.
The students must completed their bookings by the 31st August 2025.
The reward is being offered by WPC Swansea Student Housing 18-33 B.V., C/o CRM Students Ltd, Plot A1, Kings Road, Swansea, SA1 8PH.
To claim the Reward:
The Student must book a room at Crown Place Swansea for 25/26 between 20.08.2025 and 31.08.2025
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/26 academic year
the student must have booked their room before 25.08.2024.
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘CROWN300CLEARING’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at CrownSwansea@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive
the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
the Student must have no rent arrears
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of £300 into the nominated UK bank account
The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 31.08.2025. Applications received outside of this time-period will not be accepted.
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
This cashback is available to students who book via a referral agent partner.
The clearing cashback can be used in conjunction with the cashdraw offer that is available at Crown Place Swansea.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
