£300 Deliveroo Voucher incentive – Enso, Colchester. Terms & Conditions, January 2026

  1. The Deliveroo voucher booking incentive is open to new Student bookings of Enso Student Accommodation, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JX who book directly on the website for the 26/27 academic year.
  2. The incentive on offer a £300 Deliveroo Voucher that will be emailed to the student using the email address on their account.
  3. The incentive is on offer to bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.
  4. The incentive is being offered by MREF IV Colchester Operations Limited, C/O CRM Students, Enso, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JX.
  5. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
  6. The incentive is open to bookings made from 30/01/2026 to 30/03/2026 or until the offer is closed.
  7. The incentive is on offer to students who book for 44 weeks or longer (subject to availability).
  8. To be eligible for the incentive:
    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/27 academic year
    2. the student must have booked their room between 30/01/2026 to 30/03/2026.
    3. at the stage of booking, the Student must email the code ‘ENSO300DELIVEROO’ to the site team (using the below email address) to claim.
  9. To claim the incentive:
    1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Enso@crm-students.com within 14 days of booking their room at the Accommodation
    2. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
    3. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
    4. the Student must have no rent arrears.
    5. the voucher will be send via email to the student within 2 months of moving into the property.
  10. The closing date of the voucher incentive is 30/03/2026 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
  11. The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.
  12. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
  13. This incentive is not open to bookings made via 3rd party referral agents.
  14. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  15. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
