£300 Direct Let Cashback Incentive – The Foundry, Newcastle

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Cashback incentive is open to new residents only of The Foundry who book for the 2026/2027 academic year.
  2. The incentive on offer is £300 cashback, which will be paid into a nominated UK bank account provided by the Student.
  3. The incentive is being offered by the property owner, c/o CRM Students Ltd, The Foundry, Newcastle.
  4. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
  5. The incentive is available from the launch date of the promotion until the relevant room type allocation has been exhausted or the rooms have sold out, whichever is sooner.
  6. The incentive is available on eligible tenancy lengths for the 2026/2027 academic year.
  7. To be eligible for the incentive:
    1. the Student must have booked an eligible room, paid their first rent instalment (or paid their rent in full) and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
    2. the Student must have booked their room after the launch date of the promotion.
    3. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter the relevant promotional code in the box on the application form requesting details of any special requirements or preferences:

  8. To claim the incentive:
    1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at The Foundry within 7 days of booking their room.
    2. on receipt of the application, the Accommodation Manager will verify the Student's eligibility to claim the incentive.
    3. the Student must have entered the details of their nominated UK bank account into the online Student Portal.
    4. the Student must have no rent arrears.
  9. The promotion will close once the eligible room allocations have been fully claimed or all applicable rooms have sold out. Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
  10. The reward must be claimed by 31 December 2026. If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the reward and will no longer be entitled to receive it.
  11. The incentive is managed by CRM Students, who reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  12. CRM Students' decision in respect of all matters relating to the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
