£400 Cashback – Grand Felda House, London 
Terms & Conditions, May 2026 

  1. The incentive is open to all existing residents and new students booking at Grand Felda House, Empire Way, Wembley HA9 0EF who book a room at Felda House for the 2026/27 academic year after the 22nd May 2026. 

  2. The Incentive on offer is £400 cashback 

  3. The Incentive is open to both rebookers and new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.   

  4. The Incentive is only available for new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.  

  5. The Incentive is only available to bookings on a minimum of 44-week tenancy lengths.  

  6. The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

  7. The incentive is only available to bookings made after 22/05/2026. 

  8. The Incentive is being offered by FIC Management Houses PTE Limited, C/o CRM Students Limited, Grand Felda House, Empire Way, London, Wembley, HA9 0EF 

  9. To be eligible for the Incentive: 

  10. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment/or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.  

  11. At the stage of booking, the student must enter the code £400GRANDFELDA in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences. 

  12. To claim the Incentive: 

  13. The Student should email the Accommodation Manager at GrandFelda@crm-students.com 

  14. On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the Incentive. 

  15. Both the Student and the Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement. 

  16. The Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal   

  17. The incentive will be provided as a bank transfer of £400 into the nominated UK bank account 

  18. The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved in for the 2025/2026 academic year 

  19. The Incentive must be claimed by 31st January 2027, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it. 

  20. The Incentive will close at any given notice or when 70 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received after this will not be valid for the Incentive. 

  21. This incentive is not open to bookings made via agent platforms and only available for direct bookings on the CRM Students platform. 

  22. This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM, any third parties or International Agents. 

  23. The Incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

  24. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

  25. One Incentive per room booked.  

  26. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
