£400 Cashback on selected rooms – Cosmos, Sheffield  
Terms & Conditions – January 2026 

  1. The Cashback incentive is open to new bookings of Cosmos Student Accommodation, 2 Moore Street, Sheffield, S3 7HZ who book a selected room type for 2026/27. 

  2. The Cashback incentive on offer is £400 cashback for bookings for September 2026 for the below room types only: 

  1. The Cashback will be provided into the nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student. 

  2. The Cashback incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.  

  3. The incentive is being offered by Fusion Sheff Opco Ltd, c/o CRM Students, 2 Moore Street, SHEFFIELD, S3 7HZ. 

  4. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

  5. The incentive is open to the next 20 bookings only. 

  6. The incentive is only open to new, direct let bookings (excluded rebookers) 

  7. The incentive is on offer to bookings on a tenancy length of 44 or more weeks.  

  8. To be eligible for the incentive: 

  9. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

  10. at the stage of booking, the Student must email the code ‘COSMOS400CASH’ to the site team using the below email address. 

  11. the Student must book their room between 31.01.2026 and 28.02.2026 

  12. To claim the incentive: 

  13. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Cosmos@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation. 

  14. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive. 

  15. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal. 

  16. the Student must have no rent arrears. 

  17. the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account. 

  18. The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 28.02.2026 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.  

  19. The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it. 

  20. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM.  

  21. This incentive is not open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students.  

  22. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

  23. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

  24. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
