£500 Cashback incentive – Carrick View, Falmouth 
Terms & Conditions, March 2026 

  1. The Cashback incentive is open to direct let bookings of 110 Kimberley Park Rd, Falmouth & Penryn, TR11 2FF. 

  2. The incentive on offer is £500 cashback that will be provided into a nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student. 

  3. The incentive is on offer to bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.  

  4. The incentive is being offered by Kimberly Park Ltd, C/o CRM Students, 110 Kimberley Park Road, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 2JJ  . 

  5. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

  6. The incentive is open to new direct let bookings made before 01.05.2026. 

  7. The incentive is on offer to 45 and 51-week tenancy lengths only.  

  8. To be eligible for the incentive: 

    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year 

    2. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘CARRICK500’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences 

  9. To claim the incentive: 

    1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at carrickview@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation 

    2. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive 

    3. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal   

    4. the Student must have no rent arrears 

    5. the cashback will be provided taken off your rent instalment payments 

  10. The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 01.05.2026. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.  

  11. The reward must be claimed by 31st May 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it 

  12. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents. 

  13. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

  14. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

  15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
