£500 Group Booking Terms & Conditions – The City Arcade – February 2026
The Group Booking incentive is open to new residents of The City Arcade making a group booking of at least 4 students who book the same property for the same academic year (2026/27).
The Reward on offer is:
£500 cashback each (groups of 4 or more)
The Reward is only on offer to group bookings for bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
The Reward is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The Cashback is only available on minimum 44-week tenancy bookings.
The Reward is open for the following room types;
6 bed cluster en-suite - premium top floor
6 bed cluster en-suite - standard top floor
6 bed cluster en-suite premium
6 bed cluster en-suite standard
7 bed cluster en-suite - standard
7 bed cluster en-suite premium
8 bed cluster en-suite - classic
The reward is being offered by Mozart Property Ltd, The City Arcade Student Accommodation, C/o CRM Students Ltd, 108 Fore Street, Exeter, EX4 3HY.
To be eligible for the Reward:
the Students must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The connected Students must have each booked the same cluster flat. Each student needs to select either one of the following room types on their booking form and connected students need to select the same room type for the group booking:
6 bed cluster en-suite - premium top floor
6 bed cluster en-suite - standard top floor
6 bed cluster en-suite premium
6 bed cluster en-suite standard
7 bed cluster en-suite - standard
7 bed cluster en-suite premium
8 bed cluster en-suite - classic
Once the students have applied, they must email the site team with the code: GROUPBOOK500 on TheCityArcade@crm-students.com to verify the group booking. They must include all the names of the group in the email to verify the group booking.
To be classified as a group booking, students must book within a single, one week period.
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager with the code GROUPBOOK500 at TheCityArcade@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation.
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
the Student must have no rent arrears.
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account.
The Group Booking incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.
The incentive will close once the eligible bookings have been referred or on 31.08.2026. Applications outside of this will not be valid for the Reward.
The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
Once the Accommodation manager has verified eligibility, the Connected Students will receive the Reward within a month of moving into the accommodation.
This Reward is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
Students claiming the group booking cashback can also claim the direct let cashback, but not the refer a friend cashback being offered.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
