£250 Refer a Friend Cashback – Cosmos, Sheffield

The Refer a Friend incentive is open to all existing and new residents of Cosmos Student Accommodation who recommend the Accommodation to a friend (the Referrer Student) when the Referred Student subsequently becomes a resident of the Accommodation (a Referral).
The Reward on offer is £250 cashback which is for the Referrer Student (the student who recommended the accommodation to another student) and the Referred Student (the student who books a room as a result of being referred)
The Reward is only on offer in respect of referrals leading to new bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only.
The reward is subject to availability.
The reward is open to the next 20 bookings only.
The Reward is being offered by Fusion Sheff Opco Ltd, c/o CRM Students, 2 Moore Street, Sheffield, S3 7HZ.
The incentive is on only on offer to students who book a 44 week tenancy length or more.
For a referral to be eligible for the Reward:
the Referred Student must not currently or previously have been a resident of any property managed by CRM Students;
the Referrer Student must be a current resident of Cosmos or booked for 2025/26 academic year intake;
the Referred Student(s) must have booked a room, paid their deposit and first rent instalment or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/26 academic year;
the Referred Student(s) must book their room between 17.07.2025 and 30.08.2025.
To claim the Reward:
at the stage of booking, the Referred Student(s) must select “Friends” under the “How did you hear about us section”. They must also send the site team an email directly to notify them of the referral – failure to complete this step will mean the offer is not applicable;
the Referrer must contact the respective Accommodation Manager at the accommodation to be booked via email (Cosmos@crm-students.com) giving the name of the Referred Student(s) within 7 days of the date on which the Referred Student(s) booked a room at the Accommodation.
the Referrer Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank accounts into the online Student Portal
the Referrer Student and the Referred Student(s) must have no rent arrears
the Reward will be provided as a bank transfer of £205 into the nominated UK bank account(s) provided by the student(s)
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it
On receipt of the email from the Referrer, the Accommodation Manager will verify the eligibility to claim the Incentive.
The closing date of the Refer a Friend incentive is 30.08.2025. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The Refer a Friend incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.
Once the Accommodation Manager has verified eligibility, the Referrer Student and the Referred Student will receive the Reward(s) within a month of the Referred Student(s) moving in to the Accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year.
This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Reward at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
