£350 Cashback Incentive, 2026/27

Terms & Conditions

  1. The £350 Cashback incentive is open to any student who books one of the final five available Classic Studios at Boutique Student Living Exeter for the 2026/27 academic year.
  2. The reward on offer is £350 cashback.
  3. The incentive is available on a first come, first served basis to students who book one of the final five eligible Classic Studios from 28/07/2026.
  4. The incentive is only available on new bookings made from 28/07/2026.
  5. The incentive is subject to availability and is only applicable to the final five Classic Studios. Once these rooms have been booked, the promotion will end.
  6. The incentive is offered by Boutique Student Living (Exeter) Ltd, C/o CRM Students Ltd, 10 Blackboy Road, Exeter, EX4 6SG
  7. The cashback will be automatically applied to all eligible Classic Studio bookings. No promotion code or separate claim is required.
  8. To be eligible for the incentive:
    a. The student must book one of the eligible Classic Studios from 28/07/2026.
    b. The student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent and sign their tenancy agreement.
    c. The student must move into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.
    d. The student must have no outstanding rent arrears at the time the cashback is processed.
  9. Once eligibility has been verified, the £350 cashback will be processed by the site team after the student has checked in.
  10. If the student cancels their booking, withdraws, fails to complete their booking or does not move into the property, the incentive will be withdrawn.
  11. The closing date of the incentive will be when all five eligible Classic Studios have been booked or when the promotion is withdrawn by Boutique Student Living Exeter, whichever is sooner.
  12. This incentive is not available in conjunction with any other incentive and is not available to rebooking students or bookings made via referral agents.
  13. Boutique Student Living Exeter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the incentive at any time without prior notice.
  14. Boutique Student Living Exeter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in the promotion.
