'Fill Your Flat' Rental Credit Incentive, 2026/27
Terms & Conditions

  1. The 'Fill Your Flat' incentive is open to any student who books a room at Canterbury Student Manor for the 2026/27 academic year as part of a qualifying group booking.
  2. The reward on offer is:
    • £440 rental credit for students booking a 44 week tenancy, or
    • £510 rental credit for students booking a 51 week tenancy.
  3. The reward is available on a first come, first served basis to students who book their room from 30/07/2026.
  4. The reward is only available on new bookings made from the date above.
  5. The reward is subject to room availability and is only available on eligible 4 bed and 5 bed cluster flats.
  6. The reward is offered by Viscop Canterbury Limited, C/o CRM Students Limited, Canterbury Student Manor, Parham Road, CANTERBURY CT1 1GA
  7. To claim the reward:
    a. The student must book a room at Canterbury Student Manor for the 2026/27 academic year from 30/07/2026 as part of a qualifying group booking.
  8. To be eligible for the incentive:
    a. The student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment or their rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.
    • 44GROUP for qualifying 44 week bookings, or
    • 51GROUP for qualifying 51 week bookings.
    • The names of students that they are booking with that forms the group booking.
  9. To claim the incentive:
    a. The student should email the Canterbury Student Manor site team within 28 days of booking quoting 44GROUP or 51GROUP, as applicable.
  10. If any member of the qualifying group cancels, withdraws, fails to complete their booking or does not move into the property, Canterbury Student Manor reserves the right to withdraw or amend the incentive if the flat is no longer occupied by a complete qualifying group.
  11. The closing date of the incentive will be communicated by Canterbury Student Manor. Applications received outside of the promotional period will not be accepted.
  12. This incentive is not available in conjunction with any other incentive and is not available to rebooking students or bookings made via referral agents.
  13. The incentive is being managed by Canterbury Student Manor, who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
  14. Canterbury Student Manor's decision in respect of all matters relating to the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
