Free Kitchen Pack Terms & Conditions – The Cavendish, Winchester

1. The Free Kitchen Pack in incentive is open to new residents who book select rooms for 25/26 at The Cavendish, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG 

2. The Promotion on offer is a kitchen pack which includes a rice cooker, set of utensils, kettle and a toaster. 

3. The Promotion is for bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only. 

4. The Promotion is for ensuite room bookings only. 

5. The Promotion is being offered by The Cavendish, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Picasso Limited, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG. To be eligible for the Promotion: 

6. the Student must have booked a room and paid their deposit  

7. the Student must have either paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/26 academic year 

8. To claim the Promotion:  

9. students must book an ensuite room 

10. email the Accommodation Manager to confirm eligibility at TheCavendish@crm-students.com 

11. on receipt of the application, the Accommodation Manager will verify students’ eligibility to claim the Promotion.  

12. Any damage to or removal of the items will be charged to the responsible Student or split equally to all applicable cluster flat residents. 

13. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.  

14. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
