Free Room Upgrade Terms & Conditions – Oxford House

  1. The Free Room Upgrade offer is open to students who book a room on a 51 week tenancy at Oxford House, Newcastle for the 2025/2026 academic year.
  2. The free upgrade offer is available to students who book one of the following room types:
    • 5 Bed Classic En-suite upgraded to a 5 Bed Premium En-suite on a 51 week tenancy only;
    • 6 Bed Classic En-suite upgraded to a 6 Bed Premium En-suite on a 51 week tenancy only;
    • 8 Bed Classic En-suite upgraded to a 8 Bed Premium En-suite on a 51 week tenancy only.
  3. The offer is available for bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only.
  4. The offer is a free room upgrade only on the room types specified above on a 51-week tenancy and there is no cash alternative.
  5. The offer is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
  6. The offer is for bookings on a 51 week tenancy length only. Any alterations to this term after taking up the residence will mean that the full period will become payable and the upgrade will be forfeited.
  7. The offer is being awarded by Kier (Newcastle) Operations Ltd, c/o CRM Students Ltd, Oxford House, Oxford Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AA.
  8. To be eligible for the incentive:
    1. The Student must clearly state the offer on the application form. This must be done by writing ‘FREE ROOM UPGRADE’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences. 
    2. Students must have booked on one of the room types specified above on a 51 week tenancy length at Oxford House, Newcastle and paid their deposit.
  9. To claim the incentive:
    1. The Student should then notify the Accommodation Manager by email at OxfordHouse@crm-students.com.
    2. On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the free room upgrade.
    3. The offer will only be issued once the student has paid their first rent instalments or their rent in full.
    4. The offer will be provided in the form of a room upgrade. No cash equivalent will be paid to any Student.
  10. The offer will close at midnight on 31.07.25 or until room availability is sold out. Applications received after this time will not be valid for the free room upgrade.
  11. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM.
  12. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  13. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
