Get up to £510 Cashback incentive – Enso, Colchester.

The Cashback incentive is open to new Student bookings of Enso Student Accommodation, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JX who book for the 2026/27 academic year.
The incentive on offer is up to £510 cashback that will be provided into a nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student, based on the tenancy length booked:
£440 Cashback (44-week bookings only)
£510 Cashback (51-week bookings only)
The incentive is on offer to bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.
The incentive is being offered by MREF IV Colchester Operations Limited, C/O CRM Students, Enso, Hawkins Road, Colchester, CO2 8JX.
The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
The incentive is open from 01/05/2026 to 30/05/2026, or once 20 have been claimed.
The incentive is on offer to students who book for 44 weeks or longer (subject to availability).
To be eligible for the incentive:
the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/27 academic year
the student must have booked their room between 01/05/2026 to 30/05/2026.
at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘ENSO10OFFCASHBACK’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences
To claim the incentive:
the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Enso@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation
on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
the Student must have no rent arrears.
the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer of up to £510 into the nominated UK bank account.
The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 30/05/2026 or once 20 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.
This cashback is only available to direct let bookings who book via the CRM website, and not open to bookings who have been referred by a third party agent.
This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
