£10 Per Week Cashback Offer, 2026/27 

Terms & Conditions

  1. The £10 Per Week Cashback Offer is available to students who book a room at Oxford House for the 2026/27 academic year.
  2. The cashback offer is available across all room types and applies to:
    • 44 week tenancies: £440 cashback
    • 51 week tenancies: £510 cashback
  3. The offer is available on a first come, first served basis to students who make a new booking from 11/08/2026.
  4. The offer is subject to room availability and is only available on new bookings made during the promotional period.
  5. The cashback is calculated at £10 per week based on the student's confirmed tenancy length.
  6. To claim the cashback, the student must email the Oxford House site team within 28 days of booking and quote the relevant code:
    • OXFORD440 for qualifying 44 week bookings
    • OXFORD510 for qualifying 51 week bookings
  7. To be eligible for the cashback:
    a. The student must make a qualifying booking at Oxford House for the 2026/27 academic year.
    b. The student must have paid their first rent instalment or rent in full and moved into the property.
    c. The booking must be made before the advertised closing date of the promotion.
    d. The student must have no outstanding rent arrears at the time the cashback is processed.
  8. Once the student's eligibility has been confirmed, the cashback will be applied directly to their rent account. No cash alternative will be offered.
  9. If the student's booking is cancelled, withdrawn, shortened or otherwise does not meet the qualifying criteria, Oxford House reserves the right to withdraw or amend the cashback.
  10. The closing date of the offer will be communicated by Oxford House. Bookings made outside of the promotional period will not qualify.
  11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or promotion and is not available to rebooking students or bookings made via referral agents.
  12. Oxford House reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time and without notice.
  13. Oxford House's decision in respect of all matters relating to the offer will be final.
  14. By making a qualifying booking, students are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
