Oxford House Essential Maintenance Works 

From 12 July 2027 to 28 August 2027, we will be undertaking a planned programme of improvement works to the internal and external façade of Block A. These works form part of our ongoing investment in the property.  There will be no students living in Block A during this period.

As part of these works, scaffolding will begin to be erected around Block A from the 12th July. The scaffolding will remain in place for the duration of the project.

There will be no planned works on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays unless otherwise communicated in advance.

These times may be subject to change due to operational or weather-related factors.

While the project is underway, residents in Block B&C may experience:

We understand that these works may cause some disruption to your day-to-day living and study environment, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Every effort will be made to minimise noise, maintain resident wellbeing and reduce the overall impact on your experience throughout the duration of the project.
