£750 Clearing Flash Sale Cashback, 2026/27 - Terms & Conditions
- The £750 Clearing Flash Sale Cashback Offer is available to students who book a room at Oxford House for the 2026/27 academic year.
- The £750 cashback is available across all room types and all tenancy lengths.
- The offer is available on a first come, first served basis to students who make a new booking from 1 September 2026 during the promotional period.
- The offer is subject to room availability and is only available on new bookings made during the promotional period.
- The offer is not available to any student who made a booking at Oxford House before 1 September 2026. Existing bookings cannot be retrospectively amended to qualify for the cashback.
- To claim the cashback, the student must email the Oxford House site team within 28 days of booking and quote the promotional code OXFORD750.
- To be eligible for the cashback:
a. The student must make a qualifying booking at Oxford House for the 2026/27 academic year from 1 September 2026.
b. The student must have paid their first rent instalment or rent in full and moved into the property.
c. The booking must be made before the advertised closing date of the promotion.
d. The student must have no outstanding rent arrears at the time the cashback is processed. - Once the student's eligibility has been confirmed, the £750 cashback will be applied directly to their rent account. No cash alternative will be offered.
- If the student's booking is cancelled, withdrawn, shortened or otherwise does not meet the qualifying criteria, Oxford House reserves the right to withdraw or amend the cashback.
- The closing date of the Clearing Flash Sale will be communicated by Oxford House. Bookings made outside of the promotional period will not qualify.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or promotion and is not available to rebooking students or bookings made via referral agents.
- Oxford House reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time and without notice.
- Oxford House's decision in respect of all matters relating to the offer will be final.
- By making a qualifying booking, students are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
