Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend Promotion 

 

  1. The refer a friend promotion is for students who book a room at Boutique Student Living (the “Referrer”) and recommend the accommodation to a friend or friends (the “Referred”).  The promotion on offer is a cashback of £150 in the form of a bank transfer for the Referrer and the Referred (the “Promotion”). 

  2. The Promotion is for bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only. 

  3. The Promotion is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. 

  4. The Promotion is being offered by Boutique Student Living (Exeter) Ltd, C/o CRM Students Ltd, 10 Blackboy Road, Exeter, EX4 6SG. 

  5. To be eligible for the Promotion: 

  6. The Referrer must have booked a room prior to the Referred 

  7. The Referred must book a room between 28th August 2025 and 30th September 2025. 

  8. During the booking stage, the Referred must enter “RAF150” in the promotional code box and select “FRIENDS” under the “How did you hear about us?” section on the application form 

  9. The Referrer and Referred must have paid their deposit, their first rent instalment/rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2025/26 academic year 

  10. To claim the Promotion:

After moving into the property, the Referrer must email the accommodation manager at BoutiqueExeter@crm-students.com by 31 December 2025 to confirm the name or names of the Referred.  If unclaimed by this date, the Referrer and the Referred will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it 

  12. The accommodation manager must verify the eligibility of the Referrer and the Referred 

  13. The cashback will be issued in the form of a bank transfer to nominated UK bank accounts within 30 days of the Referrer claiming the Promotion 

  14. The closing date of the Promotion is 30th September 2025, or once the maximum number of bookings for this promotion have been reached.  Applications received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

  15. This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM Students or any other third-party booking agents such as international agents. 

  16. The Promotion is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

  17. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

  18. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
