Student Satisfaction Prize Draw Terms

  1. To be eligible to enter the prize draw or be awarded the prize, participants must:
    1. Be at least 18.
    2. Not be an employee or a family member of an employee of CRM Students Limited or Yugo Students (UK) Limited.
    3. Not be an agent, or anyone professionally connected with the survey promotion.
    4. Be a resident of a CRM-managed property at the time of entry in the prize draw.
    5. Complete the survey in full.
    6. Provide a valid email address for verification.
    7. Opt-in to be included in the prize draw.
  2. Each participant may enter the prize draw only once.
  3. Any inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, partial or untimely entries are void and ineligible to win.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter or complete the survey.
  5. Participants are encouraged to provide a long-term email address that remains valid beyond the prize draw period to ensure successful contact.
  6. CRM Students is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.
  7. Prizes:
    1. One (1) winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.
    2. Three (3) runner-up winners will receive Amazon vouchers worth £25 - £50.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  9. The survey and prize draw entry will start on 01/10/2025 and must be completed by 16/11/2025. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be included in the draw.
  10. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and notified via email within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, they may be disqualified and will forfeit any claim to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
  11. Email addresses will be used solely for entry validation and prize notification. They will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
  12. CRM Students reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  13. CRM Students' decisions regarding any aspect of the prize draw are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. CRM Students reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary.
  15. CRM Students may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if deemed necessary.
  16. The winner may be invited, but is not obliged, to participate in publicity related to the survey.
  17. Personal details provided for the prize draw, such as name and email address, will be used solely for administering the prize draw, fulfilling legal obligations and in accordance with the privacy policy displayed on CRM Students’ website.
  18. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
