Terms & Conditions 

1. The incentive is open to all new bookings of Seren Student Accommodation, 66 Alexandra Road, Swansea, SA1 5BD (excluding nomination bookings). 

2. The booking incentive on offer is one of the below offers: a. £200 Laundry Credit (Wash Station) b. £200 Deliveroo Voucher c. £200 Cashback towards your bus pass 

3. If the student books one of the below room types, they will also get an additional £50 value on-top of the above offer: a. 12 Bed En-suite b. 10 Bed Studio c. 8 Bed Studio 

4. The offer will be supplied to the student by the site team once they have moved in and started their tenancies. 

5. The incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only. 

6. The incentive is being offered by Fusion Swansea Propco Limited, c/o CRM Students, 66 Alexandra Road, Swansea, SA1 5BD. 

7. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

8. The incentive is open to the next 30 bookings only. 

9. The incentive is on offer to bookings on a tenancy length of 44 or more weeks. 

10. To be eligible for the incentive: a. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year. b. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter one of the below codes in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences: i. SEREN2526LAUNDRY (to claim to laundry credit offer) ii. SEREN2526DELIVEROO (to claim the Deliveroo offer) iii. SEREN2526BUSCASH (to claim the cashback for bus offer) c. the Student must book their room between 19.03.2025 and 31.05.2025. 

11. To claim the incentive: a. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Seren@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation. b. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive. c. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal. d. the Student must have no rent arrears. e. the offer will be fulfilled by the site team once the student has moved in. 

12. The closing date of the incentive is 31.05.2025 or once 30 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted. 

13. The incentive must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it. 

14. This incentive can not be used in conjunction with any other incentive offered by CRM at Seren for 25/26 bookings. 

15. This incentive is not open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students. 

16. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

17. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
