Terms and Conditions – £400 Cashback/ Deliveroo or Uber Voucher Promotion

February 2026 - The Cavendish, Winchester

  1. The voucher promotion is for students who book a room at The Cavendish (the “Student”). The promotion on offer is cashback or a voucher of £400 in the form of a redeemable digital code (the “Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion is for bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.
  3. The Promotion is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
  4. The Promotion is being offered by The Cavendish, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG.
  5. To be eligible for the Promotion:
    1. The Student must book a room from 27 February 2026 until further notice;
    2. The Student must enter ‘CAVENDISH400’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences when booking;
    3. The Student and Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement;
    4. The Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment/rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year; and
    5. The Student must have no rent arrears.
  6. To claim the Promotion:
    1. After moving into the property, the Student must email the accommodation manager at TheCavendish@crm-students.com by 31 December 2026.  If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it;
      1. The accommodation manager will then verify the eligibility of the Student; and
      2. The voucher will be issued in the form of a redeemable digital code within 30 days of the Student claiming the Promotion.
  7. This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM Students or any other third-party booking agents such as international agents.
  8. The Promotion is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  9. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
